Minimum Age Requirement

Access to the casino floor at UK Hotel Resort is strictly limited to guests aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) is required at the entrance to the gaming floor, and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to confirm their age. This age requirement applies regardless of local hotel check-in age policies.

Our Approach

We view the casino floor as one part of an evening at the hotel — alongside dinner and a drink at the bar — rather than the purpose of a visit on its own. Our staff are trained to keep the atmosphere relaxed and to step in if a guest appears to need support.

Setting Limits

Guests are encouraged to decide in advance how much time and money they intend to spend on the casino floor, and to treat that decision as final for the evening. Our floor staff can provide simple guidance on setting personal limits if asked.

• Decide on a budget before you begin, and stop when you reach it.
• Take regular breaks — the bar and restaurant are both a short walk away.
• Avoid gambling when tired, upset, or after drinking heavily.
• Never treat gambling as a way to make money or recover losses.

Self-Exclusion

Any guest who wishes to be excluded from the casino floor — for a set period or indefinitely — may request this in confidence at reception. Once registered, the exclusion is enforced by our floor staff at the entrance for the duration requested.

Signs to Watch For

Gambling can become a problem for some people. You may want to review your habits if you notice any of the following:

• Spending more time or money on the casino floor than you planned.
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or preoccupied with gambling between visits.
• Borrowing money or neglecting other responsibilities to gamble.
• Chasing losses in the hope of winning them back.
